Memorabilia Display
In addition to cockpit parts I'm also thinking ahead to some kind of memorabilia display to go alongside XL609. I have a couple of nice original photos and I picked up this gorgeous 1950's magazine advert recently. I'm on the look out for a couple of (inert, obviously!) 30mm ADEN cannon rounds and links and would also like to source some era appropriate flying kit (flying suit, speed jeans, bone dome etc) with the Hunter being operational for a long period I have lots of options there I guess.

Nose Wheel Jack Panel
If you're following the project on Facebook you might have seen that I was recently offered a nose wheel jack panel that originally came from XL609. I'm greatful to Adam for passing this on to me and for helping me with a couple of other items that will progress the project (more on that in good time)

Work Starts!
Happy New Year! I've started cleaning up the cockpit this week, there's not much to show yet but I couldn't resist putting the canopy (roughly!) in place for a photo.
Thanks again to everyone who has been in touch in recent weeks to offer parts, manuals, info or just moral support, I really appreciate it!
